Breathe offers luxury self-catering accommodation for wedding guest from nearby wedding venues, families or groups of friends looking to combine the beauty of nature with the comfort of leisure living. We are the perfect venue for exclusive small management breakaways and meeting sessions, for romantic occasions and getaways, to breathe and escape from the business of life.
IN-ROOM
Facilities
All our luxury, self-catering room has on-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenette with an indoor braai. Each room is unique and tastefully furnished. Flat Screen TV’s and DSTV. The veranda display you with a beautiful river and garden view. Units 1,2,3 and 4 each have a hot tub.
FACILITIES
On-site
The lapa has a thatched roof, and a huge indoor fireplace, and is comfortably furnished and equipped to prepare your own meals. The boma has an awesome view over the river and comfortable camping chairs—enjoy wonderful evenings around a campfire under the stars. With its own natural island and being a registered bird sanctuary, views and bird sounds are super special. There is also a swimming pool with a beautiful river view.
Please note this is a shared space.

Main house
A five-bedroom self-catering luxury lodge with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large TV area, lounge room and porch with indoor and outdoor braai facilities. Each room has an on-suite bathroom. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 10 children, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or groups of friends.
Six rooms:
- Room 1: 1 Queen size bed
- Room 2: 1 King size bed + 1 single bed
- Room 3: 1 Queen size bed
- Room 4: 1 King size bed + 1 single bed
- Room 5: 1 King size bed + 2 single beds
- Room 6: we call this room the ‘kiddies’ room; 1 Double bed + 4 single beds
Oupa Huis
A two-bedroom self-catering unit with a kitchenette and lounge. Next to the laundry room, it has no river view and may get warm in summer.
Two rooms:
- Room 1: King-size bed with an en-suite
Room 2: King-size bed, single bed, and separate bathroom
Family unit
A three-bedroom self-catering luxury unit with a fully-equipped kitchenette and lounge area. Each room has an on-suite bathroom. This unit also has indoor and outdoor braai facilities.
